Responsibilities:
Our Delivery Associates/Drivers drive our branded delivery van to drop off Amazon packages to customers within our community.
- This is a full time 5 day /wk position.
- You can plan on a typical working day is 8-10 hours.
- Our drivers follow strict safety standards on and off the road.
- You’ll interact with Amazon customers and the public in a professional and positive manner
- You’ll use handheld technology to manage the delivery process.

Delivery Associates / Drivers must meet the following requirements:
- Must be at least 21+ years old
- Must have a valid driver’s license within the state of employment
- Must be able to operate and navigate a delivery van, GVWR 10,000 lbs. or less
- Must be able to move boxes up to 70 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must consent to a drug screening
- Must have good communication skills and the ability to work well with customers

EMPLOYMENT APPLICATION
AT-WILL EMPLOYMENT
The relationship between you and the is referred to as “employment at will” This means that your employment can be terminated at any time for any reason, with or without cause, with or without notice, by you or the company. No representative has the authority to enter into any agreement contrary to the foregoing “employment at will” relationship. You understand that your employment is “at will,” and that you acknowledge that no oral or written statements or representations regarding your employment can alter
your at-will employment status, except for a written statement signed by you and either our Executive Vice-President or the Company’s President. All employees are subject to a 90 PROBATION period before employment is considered permanent. Employment may be terminated for any reason in the first 90 days.
ARBITRATION CLAUSE
Any dispute or controversy arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be settled exclusively by arbitration, conducted before a panel of arbitrators in Indiana, Indianapolis in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect. The arbitration shall be the exclusive final remedy for any dispute between the parties and each party shall be responsible for its own costs and expenses in presenting the dispute for arbitration.
DAMAGE POLICY
I specifically understand and agree that I may be responsible for damages to either company (DelPack Logistics LLC.,) customer property, or that of any other third party. Without any limitations or exclusions, DelPack Logistics property includes items such as company vehicles, company devices, uniforms, gas cards, and E-ZPass tags. Damage to customer property and third party property includes without any limitations or exclusions items such as vehicles as well property damage. I further agree to inspect my vehicle and any equipment provided to me at the beginning of my shift. In the event that damage or loss of value was caused or created by myself and/or someone other than myself, I agree to bring it to my supervisor’s attention immediately.
I hereby agree that in the event that any property belonging to DelPack Logistics as well as any third party is damaged due to the negligence of someone other than myself, I will provide supporting documentation such as camera footage, a police report, and witness statement.
BACKGROUND CHECK & DRUG CHECK CONSENT RELEASE WAIVER
I, the undersigned, authorize this information to be obtained either in writing, telephone, or on-premise in connection with my application. Any person, firm, or organization providing information or records in accordance with this authorization is released from any and all claims of liability for compliance. Such information will be held in confidence in accordance with the organization’s guidelines. By signing this document, I am providing the above named Organization my consent for an initial pre-employment background & pre-employment 5-panel drug check as well as any subsequent background & drug checks deemed necessary throughout the length of my employment assignment with this Organization. Failure to submit or comply with the initial background and drug test as well as any future background and drug tests may result in the termination of employment with DelPack Logistics.
By signing below I agree to BOTH a background check drug test AND I authorize DelPack LOGISTICS and any representative of this company to perform this background check and Drug Test. I have answered all questions truthfully. I also agree if I did not answer truthfully, I fully understand I will be terminated for falsifying an application. I also understand a full criminal and motor vehicle report will be run by accurate background and I have not in any way falsified my application.
