This policy explains how the Delpack Logistics LLC website currently handles contact forms, SMS consent, and the information you choose to share.

The contact form asks for a first name, last name, email address, optional phone number, subject, and message. Online submission is available only when this site is connected to Delpack's destination storage. When storage is unavailable, the controls remain visible but disabled and do not send or store information. When you submit the enabled form, those details are sent to Delpack so the team can review and respond to your message.
When you contact Delpack by email or phone, share only the information needed for your company, career, or privacy question. Delpack uses the information you provide to understand and respond to that question.
Do not send Social Security numbers, financial-account information, driver-license images, payment-card details, account passwords, or other sensitive records in a general email or contact message.
The contact form may accept an optional phone number as part of your contact request. It does not request or record SMS consent. Providing a number does not opt you in to marketing or recurring text messages.
Email or call Delpack if you have a question about this policy or information you previously shared with the company. Include enough context for the team to understand the request, but do not add sensitive identity or financial information.
If Delpack changes the information collected by the website or how a submission is handled, this policy and the ‘Last updated’ label in the Privacy Policy header will be revised. Review the current policy before sharing new information.
